Reservation Terms and Conditions
Reservations can be made up to 7 days prior to commencement of your proposed rental. Apollo Motorhome Holidays however are very popular and reservations should be made well in advance.
Blue Travel prefers reservations via the Internet. But you may also print out the reservation form and fax it to one of our worldwide offices:
Our reservations staff will respond promptly to your enquiries and provide provisional booking confirmations within 72 hours. The answer includes your reservation file number, the deposit required to guarantee your reservation and the total amount due.
The reservation becomes final as soon as we have received the deposit. If you fail to submit the deposit within 72 hours after we sent your confirmation, we may cancel your reservation at any time.
Full details how to pay the reservation deposit are included in our provisional booking confirmation. The balance payment will be collected from your credit card by Apollo Motorhome Holidays 24 days prior to pickup. Apollo Motorhome Holidays accepts Visa and MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club. Visa and MasterCard will incur an additional 2% surcharge on any transaction. American Express and Diners Club will incur an additional 4.5% surcharge on any transaction.
If there are less than 24 days between your reservation and the commencement of your rental, the total amount (rental charges and other prepaid items) is due at the time of reservation.
Any credit card payment which cannot be authorized for any reason may result in a cancellation of the booking.
If you need to change an existing reservation please send an e-mail to Blue Travel as soon as possible.
If you inform us about a change of your booking more than 24 days before departure, a handling fee of NZD 50 will apply. If your e-mail reaches us less than 24 days before departure, any alterations will be treated as a complete cancellation with a following new booking.

Any cancellation will be reconfirmed in writing (fax, letter, e-mail) through Blue Travel. This reconfirmation will include the date and time we have received the cancellation and the fees involved. Your credit card will be used to both debit or credit the final amounts.
