Reservation Terms and Conditions
Reservations can be made up to 4 business days prior to commencement of your proposed rental. EagleRider Harley-Davidson, Honda, BMW, Triumph and Indian Motorcycles however are very popular and reservations should be made well in advance.
Blue Travel prefers reservations via the Internet. But you may also print out the reservation form and fax it to one of our worldwide offices:
Our Reservations staff will respond promptly to your inquiries and provide booking confirmations within 72 hours. The answer includes your reservation file number and the total amount due.
The reservation becomes final as soon as we receive the missing digits of your credit card number. If you fail to submit full credit card details within 72 hours after we sent your confirmation, we may cancel your reservation at any time.
EagleRider accept the following credit cards: MasterCard and VISA.
A non-refundable deposit of USD 100 is required at the time of reservation to guarantee the booking. One and two day rentals require full payment at the time of reservation.
The remainder has to be paid at least 31 days in advance. If there are less than 31 days between your reservation and the commencement of your rental, the total amount (rental, mileage charges, environmental recovery surcharge and sales tax) is due at the time of reservation.
Any credit card payment which cannot be authorized for any reason may result in a cancellation of the booking.
If you need to change an existing reservation please send an e-mail to Blue Travel as soon as possible. Changes include but are not limited to, change in motorcycle model, pick-up/return cities, dates, and one-ways.
If you inform us about a change of your booking more than 34 days ahead of commencement of services, a fee of USD 30 per motorcycle will apply. If your e-mail reaches us less than 34 days prior to commencement of services, any alterations will be treated as a complete cancellation with a following new booking.

Any cancellation will be reconfirmed in writing (fax, letter, e-mail) through Blue Travel. This reconfirmation will include the date and time we have received the cancellation and the fees involved. Your credit card will be used to both debit or credit the final amounts.
Personal travel insurance is not included. Blue Travel very strongly recommends that you take out Travel Insurance which includes cancellation insurance.
